In this segment we'll discuss a variety of tools available to help adults who are concerned about their own thoughts of inappropriate behavior toward children or the behavior of others. We'll learn about what people need in order to overcome their fear and face the fact that a friend or loved one may be hurting a child.

Yvonne Cournoyer - Yvonne has over 25 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, managing and evaluating programs and projects serving children, families and underserved communities. In 2011, she joined the national Stop It Now! staff as Program Director. From 2002 to 2008, she was the Program Director of Stop It Now! Minnesota where she created the nation's first social marketing campaign targeting adults concerned about their own sexualized thoughts and behaviors towards children and initiated research on engaging bystanders in child sexual abuse prevention. She is active in sexual violence prevention work in Minnesota as a public policy consultant to the Minnesota chapter of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and with the Demand the Change for Children campaign.
